Online ticketing, group discounts and promotions for the next home game are switched off at 5:00pm the business day before the game (if the game is on a Sunday, 5:00pm Friday is the cut off.)
Unless we announce a sell-out, tickets will be available at the gate beginning 1 hour prior to kick-off. Cash and credit cards only at the gate.

General Ticket Policies
Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES (except in the event of games that are postponed due to inclement weather -- see below).
Crystal Palace USA management reserves the right to revoke a ticket at any time.
League and stadium policy prohibits food and drink of any kind from being brought into the stadium.
Children who have not yet reached their 6th birthday are admitted free, but must still pick up an admission ticket at the stadium on the day of the game.
Weather Policy
Matches will still be played in the event of rain. In the event of severe weather (lightning, etc), Games will NOT be postponed before the game's original starting time. Stadium officials and Referees will determine whether to start the game from that point on. All efforts will be made to play the game. Remember, weather varies from city to city and in all likelihood, the game will go on as scheduled.
Weather Terminology
Weather Delay - A weather delay is when the game is officially delayed. Play will continue later that day. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event of a weather delay.
Postponement - A postponement is when a game is canceled due to severe weather. When this happens, the game is rescheduled for a later date in the season. In the event of a postponement, tickets can be exchanged at the Ticket Office window in person for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any regular season home game based on availability. |
