Karim Moumban: Goalkeeping Coach for the Pro and Academy Levels

Karim Moumban serves as the Crystal Palace Goalkeeping Coach for both the Professional and Academy Teams.

Previously, Moumban played professional soccer for the Baltimore Blast from 2001 - 2004.

Baltimore Blast
2003-04 Season Highlights:
Moumban had to return to Cameroon in early February to attend to a family matter... He earned one win and one loss in back-to-back starts (3-2 win over Dallas, 10/24 and 9-4 loss Philadelphia, 11/1).

Career Highlights:
2002-03 Season: Moumban saw his first game action against Milwaukee (10/19) when Scott Hileman served a penalty. 2001-02 Season: Moumban made his first start of the season in Harrisburg (3/3) and earned the 15-10 victory… He made 19 saves on the 24 shots he faced (.792 save percentage) in that game... He dressed for his first Blast game in Kansas City (2/22). Before the Blast: He played professionally in France, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Costa Rica.

Moumban and his wife Christiane have a one-year old son named Youssouf. The Moumbans live in Silver Spring.
